BECOMING A TEACHING ASSISTANT OR A COACH

Path to Becoming a Teaching Assistant

Continuous learning and active participation.

Commitment to the educational journey.

Opportunity to progress from a repeat student to a teaching assistant with dedication and demonstrated capability.

Teaching Assistants

Role and Responsibilities:

◦ Provide hands-on guidance and support to students seeking to improve.

◦ Act as coaches during practice days and in classrooms.

◦ Assist in delivering the curriculum and ensuring students understand the material.


Qualifications:

◦ Must have completed Level 1 multiple times.

◦ Extensive experience working with me in practice sessions and classroom settings.

◦ Demonstrated proficiency in both theoretical and practical aspects of the material.


Current Teaching Assistants:

◦ USA: Mascha and Kristen

◦ Denmark: Tine and Kamilla


Becoming a Teaching Assistant:

◦ Must be a repeat student at least three times.

◦ Exhibit a strong grasp of the material and proficiency in its application.

◦ Show commitment and dedication to continuous learning and teaching.

Coaches

The path to becoming a coach starts with being a self motivated student followed by an effective and helpful teaching assistant which naturally  progresses to an effective and supportive coach and an active team member of equine tensegrity balancing therapy.
